  • How Do I know If I Need Home Care?
    1. Would your daily life routine be less stressful if you had some assistance?
    2. Do you have a medical condition that prevents you from doing daily chores independently?
    3. Are you alone most of the time and could use some companionship?
    4. Have you considered Assisted Living arrangements or moving into a nursing home?

    If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you are a good candidate for home care, and Enotive is here to help!

  • What types of care do you offer?

    We provide Live-in, Live-out, and 24-hour care.

    Live-In Care: A caregiver lives with the client and is available to assist 24/7.

    Live-Out: A caregiver comes for a few hours a day, 1-7 times a week based on need.

    24-Hour Care: Two caregivers are booked daily and work 12 hours each. Caregivers do not live with patient.

    Whatever your needs are, Enotive is ready to accommodate them.

  • What types of payment/Insurance do you accept?

    Currently, we only accept private pay and some Long-term Care Insurances. Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare at this time.

  • How do you select your caregivers?

    Our caregivers are all professionals with a Certified Home Health Aide certificate or domestic keeping experience. Since ensuring the safety of our client is our priority, we conduct a thorough background check on each caregiver prior to their employment. They also go through a screening that accesses their employment history and references.

  • How much does your service cost?

    The cost of service depends on the nature of the service being offered, for example, the frequency of service, number of hours, whether you prefer a live-in aide or a live out aide, etc. Please contact us to discuss your needs  and our rates.

  • How Soon Can I get a Caregiver?

    We try our possible best to meet the needs of our clients immediately, even during Weekends and Holidays. Once your request for an aid is submitted, we access your needs and find a matching caregiver available immediately.

  • What If I am unhappy with my caregiver?

    We assign caregivers based on a careful evaluation of client’s needs and preferences to ensure a seamless match. However, if you are unhappy with a caregiver, notify us immediately and would be swift to rectify the problem and/or replace the caregiver if necessary.

    Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and promise at all times.
